Service at St. Michael's Church, Boldmere on Wednesday 28th May at 1.00pm, followed by cremation at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired should be made payable to St. Giles Hospice and may be sent c/o Ian Hazel Funerals Ltd, 5 Belwell Lane, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4AA.
